The Cafe is as much a part of Collbran as our 4th of July Rodeo, those mountain views, our cattle drives and mud. It's the place to be for breakfast & they make a mean burger but my fave is the French Dip. ​And ask them about dessert. Always do that. :)
Collbran's newest eatery, Brandi's definitely boasts the best patio in town. Located in the first Mountain High Pie location (before its move to Main Street), you're likely to find weekend karaoke, a nice selection of beers & an eclectic menu.​​
